Motor Selection: To Find the Torque on Motor End

Dear, how to find the torque on motor end ,Because i wanna chose the motor for ball screw mechanism.I have know some values about Gear Box Efficiency,RPM, Gear Ratio..

Kindly refer any hints or formula..

You have to determine the load first...
