Try the edmunds.com website. You can select the year, make and model of just about any vehicle and it will give you the specifications, including the quoted mpg; like this for the 2010 Jeep Liberty:

It all depends on how you drive.

"Identical" vehicles will get different mileage, depending on how the driver manages the accelerator and brakes.

Yes, brakes. Smooth starts and anticipation of stops will increase gas mileage a lot.

It will be difficult to duplicate the mileage you see published, unless you are very diligent in starting and stopping. Even then, it will be tough.

Check out this site...

http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.shtml

They even show data from "real" drivers and compare it to the EPA estimates. My Jeep beats the estimates by 18%; as others have said it's how you drive that makes the difference, as does tire pressure and ambient conditions.

Its a Chrysler product, that assumes it can be made to run.

Seriously, avoid it.

If memory serves, and it may not, they put the catalytic converter (internal temperature = 1500*F) RIGHT BESIDE the transmission. D-U-M-B.
