Find the source of the leak and rectify the problem that is causing it.

A pipe made of hydrogen cannot be made for unleakage. Thus no arrest is possible.

What does this question have to do with hydrogen testing?

Close the valve. You did install a valve?

Next you determine if the pipe should be replaced, sleeved, welded, soldered or patched depending on the pressure and environment of the pipe.

DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HIRE A COMPETENT PIPELINE REPAIR COMPANY THAT IS CERTIFIED TO REPAIR FLAMMABLE GAS AND LIQUID PIPELINES.

The life you save by doing this may be your own.

1st get a big torch, no, no, no!!! How much leakage? With hydrogen, hydrogen can migrate through whatever material your pipe is made of.

How much leak? Where is the leak, weld leak or flange or thread joint leak or parent metal leak or valve leak? Answer will depend on above information.

In any case repair area shall be purged with air or nitrogen before rectification work because hydrogen is extremely dangerous gas.

Welcome to the asylum. A very good collection of questions. You'll go insane here if you wait for detailed answers to your question though.
