No they don't. Let's get real here. The cooling of this cross bar is their problem, not ours. It appears they cannot identify the details why this cross bar is overheating or they'd solve the problem themselves. I could even be helpful if they explained why they believe this is an overheating condition and not just normal heating. It certainly would've been polite for them to provide us with at least a CR4 handle for a name.
