Determining TSS of Waste Water

How is it to use cellulose fiber filter instead of glass fiber filter in determining the Total Suspended Solids(TSS) of a waste water sample?

Provided each removes 100%TSS from the sample stream, thereby enabling determination, logically it shouldn't really matter.
