70 mm dia shaft is rotating by motor .

motor speed is 1 rpm.

we need the sensor and angle showing instrumnent

example :

1 minute = 360 degree or 0 degree

15 second = 90 degree

30 se = 180 degree

the shaft is rotating continously . every one minute the the pointer cross the 360 degree

Does this equipment have electrical/electronic controls (PLC, LCD display panel, etc)? If so, any controls engineer should be able to display an encoder input as a dial on a HMI (human-machine interface). Or, if no other electrics, use a selsyn (Google it). Or, for a purely mechanical approach, use a cable like the old mechanical tachometers and speedometers.

Paint an arrow on the end of the shaft. Put a protractor dial around it.

You are designer of the rotating equipment and asking for sensor and instrument for showing angle at 1 RPM. Do'nt you think you are asking for a complicated thing for simple angle indication which can be made or 'design' by your self.

Don't question OP's abilities. He's liable to unleash on you (and then release the data he withheld).

i agree your point. but in my application we need one shaft angle indicating gauge in front of the equipment so

i have plan to take input using cable(mechanical ) or encoder (electrical ) from shaft and show the shaft angle using indicating gauge in the front of equipment .

both ( cable and indicating gauge ) are locating in the separate plate

this is like speedo meter with cable .in that it will show the speed .

but my application i want to show the shaft angle between 0 to 360

Heck the iPhone has an app that reads angles and also acts as s level.
