Spray Drying

04/17/2012 10:59 AM

hi,

im working about heat recovery projects for a ceramic tile company.i try not to use any gas at spray driers by heating slurry up to 250oC before spraying with recovered heat. is it possible or do you know any applications like that?

(i can heat slurry up to 250oC but do i need any other processes (like increasing pressure) before spraying?)

It is both possible and economically desirable.
