ASME Bellow Design

04/18/2012 5:03 AM

Dear Mechnaical Engineers,

ASME Appendix 26 restricts the design temperature for bellows to 427 Degree Centigrade.

Can I know how higher temperature bellows (service/design temperatures greater than 427 degrees) are designed for ASME vessels?

One of the ways is to pick up the telephone, ring the various bellows suppliers, and talk to them.
