Rating Of Cable

Dear ones,

I have a load current of 1000A which size of cable required for this,max 400 sqmm takes a current 529A in Air. wat i should for it....!

It is generally advised to go for bus bars rather than cables for load currents beyond 750A.

And... how did you arrive at 400 sq.mm cable current rating as 529A? You have not mentioned if it is Copper or Aluminium, single-core or multi core, armoured or unarmoured, method of laying, de-rating factors, etc. Your selection is crude, to say mildly.

You have asked this forum to perform simple, elementary cable sizing for you every time you come here! Are you not capable of doing it yourself?

Do you EVER do your own work? There are charts that even 6 year old children can use for this.

Grow up and do your own work.

Well its not for

a) Answering peoples homework

and

b) Giving out information to people who appear to be trying to do something unsafe they are not remotely (or legally) qualified to do that could result in loss of property and/or life (this is obviously subjective).

Based on your previous posts this does not appear to be homework. You need to hire a qualified electrician and/or consultant to perform the electrical work on your site, doing it yourself may get someone killed.
