If you have to ask, are you sure you are qualified to install or service electrical equipment? My guess is no, you are not qualified.

So, after reading this:[PDF] Lightning Arresters, I hope that you will hire a competent electrician to perform the installation and service.

Remember, if you install the system improperly, you may kill someone.
