Looks like a photographic enlarger to me.

Old school stuff.

Just proves I'm a dinosaur. I remember that, but don't ask me what I had for lunch yesterday.

Definitely an enlarger. Omega used to be quite big in these. I used them myself many, many years ago.

It is a LASSI maker. a cold drink made from yogurt + milk + sugar to beat off heat.

a small propeller to flutter and make foamy.

Yes, it definitely is an old Omega photo enlarger, 1970's era by the looks of it. Most likely for B&W prints only by the looks of the "head".

Omega enlargers were manufactured in NYC....I think in Brooklyn for a long time.

[I have a circa 1953 Omega II photo enlarger that I use all of the time in my darkroom. It's pristine, and almost in "new" condition. Almost all of the lenses/correctors were never used before and were still wrapped in the manufacturer's tissue paper. I even have a 'color head' for it that I use sporadically. I bought it from the local salvage shop for $50! It arrived in the salvage shop 2 hours before I showed up. What timing on my part! **GRINZ** The buy of a lifetime for me! hehehehehe It's previous owner was a professional photographer who had a studio in Kingston NY, retiring after over 50 years operating that shop.]
