Please a simple inverter circuit using SG3524 PWM which also control the battery charging system and over load protection and under voltage protection.

Regards

I assume you have looked at the manufacturers data sheet? I just googled SG3524 and there it was...maybe the transformers are a problem if this is for a 'home job'.

If this is not simple enough, I'd revert to good old simple voltage regulators, (plenty of circuits out there!)

I built a charger for my golf cart battery....the 'clever' chip I initially looked at had a very poor data sheet and was over complicated. In the end I went for a simple circuit based on two voltage regulators...and a comparator or two. A couple of amps charge current up to a safe voltage and then a constant 'safe' voltage to avoid overcharge.

I'd say the most important thing is a good tech' spec' for the batteries you are charging.

I hope this isn't too basic an answer...but it's easy to ruin expensive batteries!

Simplicity=reliability just look at a house brick...very reliable

the error amplifier of 3524 is a current amplifier. you can use current feedback and refer to it,motorola etc document for more circuits.

pls check righ pic you know how to post pic.

easily.
