Why SA 240 Gr 316L is not listed in Table UHA-44

What does Table UHA-44 purport to contain?

There is correction in my question. The question is why SA 240 Gr 316 L is not listed in the table.

The table UHA -44 is about POST FABRICATION STRAIN LIMITS AND REQUIRED HEAT TREATMENT

What is UHA?

The one that did the table will have the answer. There is too many option than to list it here.

How about:

1. When the table was made SA240 was not available

2. I forgot to put it in the table

3. It does not belong there

4. Maybe it is in UHA 43 or 45.
