Maybe you can expand on your question.

What quantity of urea are you talking about absorbing?

Is it with the purpose of disposing of the urea, or to reuse it?

Is the method to be used on a small scale or an industrial level?

Is it to be a continuous process?

Where are you absorbing the urea from?

There will certainly be a lot more questions asked of you as you begin to generate a clearer picture of what you are trying to accomplish. Let's work together to get you answers that will work for your ultimate needs.

For small quantities - toilet paper

For larger quantities - physically sweeping up Urea dust or perhaps water dilution followed by standard cleaning practices.

Have you read the industry standard MSDS sheets for Urea as general information can be found there?

It sounds as if incineration is in order.

If not available, is the wastewater treatment facility incapable of handling this?

Dirt works well, if it's in the liquid state.
