The "Stuff" is widely available from the makers, Home depot, Loews and similar stores anywhere. All those generators come with manuals. Get it on the Internet or copy it. What the heck you do with it, I do not know. As at the bare minimum it needs an electric starter, like your car has. And that cannot be retrofitted to your standalone, string-pull generator.
