This is in DC E= I x XL E=Voltage I=current XL=capacitive rectance(ohm) This is in AC n2/n1=e2/e1 Np/Ns=Ep/Es N2=number of turns in coil 2 N1=number of turns in coil 1 E2=voltage in coil 2 E1=voltage in coil 1 Np=turns in primary coil Ns=Turns in secondary coil Ep=Voltage in Primary coil Es=Voltage in secondary coil Some coils have taps and there for you must measure the across the whole could and know how many turns are in each tap to figure what voltage and OHM is on each tap should add up to the total voltage and ohm..
