Call the manufacturer! Call the manufacturer!

Nobody here will be able help trouble shoot their (brand new) equipment like their own technical people.

The free advice you get here won't solve the problem. Yes, you may have to pay someone to come and fix your problems, but Call the manufacturer! Call the manufacturer!

Dear Mr. AGPidha,

This matter/problem is relating to the COMBUSTION aspect of the engine. It is an indication that unburnt fuel escapes with exhaust gas and hence the burning is contiuing in the exhaust gas pipe. The possible reason is the atomisation of diesel is very poor. If atomisation is very poor, the burning will continue in the exhaust pipe. Check the fuel injector pressure and nozzle.

Alternatively the air supplied for combustion is not sufficient and burning is poor causing black smoke. Check for blockage in the air supply system.

If the diesel particle is high in size, the contat air over the fuel droplet cannot react with full particle of the diesel and combustion wll NOT be completed , contiue to burn in the exhaust pipe, resulting in high temperature. This is highly risky.
