what is the minimum requirement fro the welding hardness test.

That which is specified as the pass/fail point in the written Welding Procedure?

A copy of the applicable standard would be a good start.

Can you provide more information please on your application as welding is a rather large engineering field.

The minimum requirement would be a test specimen.
