Antique Barber Chair Repairs

08/13/2012 11:12 PM

My friend has just purchased a barber chair made by Emil J Paidar, and it's stuck in the up position. Does anyone have a service manual or an idea for how to repair it so it will work normally again? Mike in Fresno, California.
