AMADA Bending Machine

Dear friends.

I just buyed a secondhand bending machine (AMADA maker) from amatuer distributor in my country. Unfortunatetly for me, When I buy it have nothing any eclosed technical document (such as electrical drawings, hydraulic drawings, machenical drawings or manual, catalog for this machine). Specially, control system of this machine is the Japanese language, it not my native language or Englisht. It is hard for me to operate or mantain machine.

I ask the support from the seller but they sample to me, I sent email to AMADA manufacture but they said they don't support for this case.

I post here the name-plate of machine and some information, I strongly hope that anyone of you have any information or document about this machine, please help me.

Bending machine: Fbest 203 - AMADA.

Control system: NC9F.

ストローク長サ Stroke Length
テーブル長サ Table length
ギャップ深サ Depth gap
オープンハイト Open height
最大下降速度 Maximum descent speed
慣性下降値 Falling value of inertia
急停時間 Sudden stop time
機械重量 Machine weight

圧カ能力 pressure capacity (Tonage of the machine, i think... )

Very helpful.

But one doesn't know if this is upending or down.

Without a manual or operating to set machine up, one is screwed.

OP will have to contact Amada. and trudge through to get this unit operating.

Or get lucky and have an experience member that is empathic to him.

For a price they may be willing to copy any user manual they have with it.
