An internet search of "quality" produced over 4.8 billion results, interestingly an internet search of "sex" produced only 3.3 billion results. Makes you think.

How did you find CR4 but not an explanation of quality?

I like the definition of Juran. Fitness for use. I think that is a general definition covering all other definitions. By defining different "uses" you can form all other type of quality definitions from this basic definition.
