Sorry; it can't be done. There is a range of sizes for which the wrench size is 1.5 x the bolt diameter, but it doesn't apply to all sizes.

Calculate???....Why calculate?...There are tables available for this from several different sources. Machineries Handbook is one of them.

why does everyone over think the most basic questions?

what bolt tourque do you require?

how long of a wrench is needed for an average man to achieve the desired torqure?
