In mcb 3phase100A supply...our supply connection R,Y,B each phase connected in a diffrent load not same load... R,Y,B 20,19,22Amps....R,Y,B Zero,lead, lag condition.. some times R connected to load remaining Y,B,not connected in load. how to use this 3 phase terminals.

You calculate the load as if it is all on at the same time. That will about 22 amps per phase. Be sure to add any extras required by your code. If the load on B phase is off, then you will have the 20 and 19 amps on the other phases. You need to be sure to calculate the neutral size correctly

How does a 100A 3-pole MCB protect a 20A load? Are you aware of B,C and D curves and so on? Line and Load terminals are usually not interchangeable? The thermal element of a 100A MCB can hardly be adjusted down to 22A?
