Mechanized system

Hello!

Somebody who can help me !!

I need a mechanized system to retire the crucible from induction furnace and manipulated it to mold the metal contained in the crucible. The weight of the crucible is of approximately 150 kg and the weight of the metal load is of 500 kg.

Hi

You will need a clamp that can hold the crucible mounted on a monorail with a counter weight to hold the balance

Could you adapt a fork lift truck to pick the crucible up from the furnace and transport it to the mould and provide an attachement that mechanically tips the metal in to the mould?
