Silica Carryover in Boiler

what is the relation between pressure and temparature , in which silica carry over will increace in boiler , how to reduce silica caryover other than (CBD),

The Silica Distribution Ratio (Silica Content of Steam/Silica Content of Boiler Water) for several pressures is listed below (courtesy of B&W's Steam: it's generation and use). These would be at saturation temperature, of course. Excuse the formatting.
1000 psi 0.003 1500 psi 0.010 2000 psi 0.027 2500 psi 0.075 3000 psi 0.225
If you have true carryover due to poor steam/water separation, the silica content in your steam could be much higher. Describe your system and problem more completely. What is CBD?

Silica is soluble in steam. So the best thing to do is to get rid of it in the upstream feedwater treatment plant.

Agreed, of course some tiny amount always remains, and some amount (ppm or ppb) can be accommodated by the turbine. But since OP apparently doesn't want to share any details of his specific installation or problem, no specific response can be made.
