what are the factors that increase the wetness in turbine last stages. plz explain breafly

Wetness often results from presence of water.

Inadequate vacuum, for one. This may indicate a condenser problem (surface fouling, low coolant flow, pump issues, unusually high coolant temperature, etc.)

On the other end, perhaps inadequate superheat in the entering steam.
