Self explanatory

Sensor - the device that senses.

Transducer - the device that transduces the sensors signal to a signal that is useable by your final measuring system.

Forget what I just wrote - not quite right - bad day at 8AM in the morning - did a very long bike ride yeaterday and dehydrated - my mind is not there today.

However the translations of the words are correct and still self explanatory.
