Distorted Picture On Samsung TV

My Samsung LCD TV Model No: LA32C450E1 suddenly develop bad quality picture, distortion. I have tried self diagnostic but to no avail. also tried to use another source of power supply thinking it was due to the quality of supply in my locality. Please, what can I do as this is not making me enjoy the full service of the TV. Thank you Yinkebo

Can you describe the distortion? Horizontal/Vertical lines? Blurry? Shifting image? We may be able to narrow down the problem with more details. Thanks!

Yes, the image shift, freezes and the color sometimes fades away and becomes where red turns orange

Do you have cable? Satellite? What is your source of video feed? Is it the same with dvd playing? What type of power are you using that you can switch to another?

Yes i use cable and it was working well until after some months. Even with the local terrestrial antennae for local channels but it still behaves same

Yes! The TV behaves same way with DVD

If it's under warranty, take it back to the dealer and have a warranty repair carried out on it.
