Communication PC-PCL Hitachi EC2

Hi I have one plc Hitachi ec2 and I want get the program that the software I have is the actwin and actwin-e TRIAL VERSION the cable connection with adapter usb but the communication is not possible.

what I make mistake;

The mistake seems to be not having bought the full version of the software instead, so the software vendor's telephone number is the best place to direct any enquiries.
