What are you intending to re-design it to do??

Just saying "....design a rotary feeder for something else" leaves an awful lot to the imagination.

What do you want to do with it? You must first specify what you intend to use it for, otherwise no one can help you.

Before design,you have to know what goods feed to what place.And what device fit to work with.Than calculate some factor and make draft drawings.

That question is alike to "how to design a chair?"

There is a lot of thing after "design a ..."
