It is something that the company wants to start trying to look at. I am was not hired for that part of the job but I am looking to help out trying to develope something. There are many who have started programs and have job that they have little or no qualification. I am sure you have been in that place at one time or another. Reference material is what I asked for and I can take care of the rest.

Have you tried any civil engineering forums??

A local university, perhaps.

Hiring a consultant should not be out of the question, either, unless your management is too thick to see the advantage of gettinig off to a fast, correct start.

If your company has a medical division you should consider trying surgery. Your practice with this game should help. You'll also limit the number of people you can kill with one mistake.

I just LOVE that game.

I killed every patient I tried to save, until I took the battery out. after that, I was a world class sturgeon.
