It would help if you supplied a little more information, after all many of these schemes tend to turn out to be hopeless over unity scams or unworkable pipe dreams, so people are reluctant to waste their time (or money) unless they are given more information.

I´m pretty disappointed of people that are supposed to lead innovation process. Engineers are waiting for a hiring chance to work behind rules.

<sigh> Perhaps English is your second language but I am beginning to get a bit of an idea for what you are proposing and what you are after (I think).

With so little to go on it is no wonder the suitably qualified and experienced forum Engineers (many with existing jobs such as myself) are not interested.

Being motivated about a cause or job is one thing, but imagine you know nothing about what you are doing and then go back and re-read all your posts and try to figure out what you are doing and what you want just from what you have written here. Can you see how we feel?

Even I´m not graduated from a Engineer College, I'm running a company. And... Like I've said, I am seeking for someone capable of break some rules.
