1. The correct name is ASME B16.5 (under umbrella of ANSI).

2. The site marked by Guest "2" is good to find all dimensions & weights.

3. Designing any flange includes :

a. Select the NPS and Sch. to be as the pipe line.

b. Determine the class or flange rating is based upon the Pressure-Temperature for the specified flange material, in accordance with ASME B16.5 Tables.

The term "Class" relates to Ratings for Flanges

The term "Schedule" relates to the Wall Thickness for Pipe and Fittings

Two different things.
