Cooling load calculation

Have never heard of vacuum type cooling tower could you explain it a little bite more?

Where do you use this type of C.T.?

Might be able to answer your first part of question.

for dehumidifier you could find a complete literature in refrigeration and dehumidification part of ASHRAE's handbook or CD. OR based on what percentage of RH you are looking for and entrance RH and room RH and total mass of entering air using thermodynamics book could guide you to second part of your question.

Vacuum type cooling tower indicates, an exhaust fan is setting on the top of the cooling tower. Also it is round type.

I can give you the technical specification of its:

Environment temp.: 40 degree centigrade

Temp. required for the machine 35 degree centigrade

Water flow 10m3/hr.

Pipe dia.-3"

Total pipe length- 200 feet

Now please help me, how can i calculated its T.R. and give its procedure.

Also help me to attached a copy of dehumidifier C.D.

I shall set up at a injection moulding machine.

I dont know its total heat rejection quantity.

It is vety essential for me to calculate its T.R.
