CAPS is deemed offensive. Please do not post in caps. Thanks!

The longest Building is the Great Wall.

If you mean the largest span in the building this here is one answer.

HASSAN ELRAMLI,

It is customary to come to the forum with some elementary knowledge of the subject at hand.

Your questions seem to indicate that you have found a new toy.

Use it sparingly, lest you wear it out.

Again, typing in all caps is considered rude.

At present, Burj Khalifa, ~2000 feet. (Some radio towers are higher.)

HASSAN ELRAMLI,

Please allow me to offer some help with your English terminology.

(a) The title of your post is "Tallest Building in the World?" The term Tall is a vertical reference which would be proper when used for buildings.

(b) The question you posted is "What is longest span ------". The term Longest span is a horizontal reference which would be proper when used for bridges.

(c) So it would be proper for us to ask, what are you asking about the Tallest Building or the Longest Span?

The title was "corrected" by someone.

The original title was horizontal in nature, too. It did refer to span.

I think the OP is just gushing with questions to ask human responders. That takes the pesky work of searching and reading out of the equation.

EVERY thread OP has done is in ALL CAPS.

Ok, I know. Negative Waves.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_longest_continuous_truss_bridge_spans

Wembley stadium's signature feature is a circular section lattice arch of 7 m (23 ft) internal diameter with a 315 m (1,033 ft) span, erected some 22° off true, and rising to 133 m (436 ft). It supports all the weight of the north roof and 60% of the weight of the retractable roof on the southern side.[11] The archway is the world's longest unsupported roof structure
