The Millau Bridge in France

the greatest engineering feat of all time may be the building of the millau in france. i was amazed at the building process. there's a great Youtube video showing the building of the bridge from start to finish. i hope you all take the time to watch it. i can't provide a link, but it's easy to find.

Neat bridge/viaduct, with an ingenious construction technique.

[Had they done switchbacks into and out of the valley, it might have come out like the Lewiston Grade (Idaho, USA).]

Well, there was a very good 1 hour documentary on cable TV a few years ago that showed how it was built. Sometime the replay it from time-to-time.

For the life of me I can't remember the actual name of the documentary or of what cable TV channel it was on.....

Very kewl though.
