12/17/2012 6:07 AM

Two months ago I have been experiencing problems with aniloxes. We use anilox sleeves for lacquer application and ultimately five of them split the sleeve fiberglassf rom the structure anilox.
We do not know whether it is a mechanical problem, a problem of solvent varnish, or others. Can anyone help me?

Have you checked the present quality, of your anilox sleeves? Observe closely, for any mechanical malfunction, again & again. We can not see from here, what you can see.

Hello,

When the 5 sleeves split the fiberglass from the structure, do you mean the inner liner has split/delaminated from the sleeve itself? Sometimes this can happen if the sleeve is soaked in a solvent or if the sleeve has a directional orientation and is installed backwards.

I work for Harper Corporation of America, who specializes in anilox manufacturing and we can help you. Please contact me if you would like any assistance or call our main number -- and see our website www.harperimage.com for more details.
