Start by adding the weights of the enclosure and all its contents.

Then order some Unistrut <usual disclaimer> and a battery drill with drill bits...

I'm glad to see you know your limitations.

There's a whole variety of support calculations a panel/junction box could require. In many locations these calculations must be done by somebody licensed to do this work.
