Thickness Tolerance in Plate

What will be the WALL thickness tolerance (reduction or increase ) in PLATE of any type, grade and material???Please also give the code reference of this tolerance.I will appreciate if some one will tell.

Where have you looked, so far?

Have you asked the plate supplier?

Have you consulted any specifications?

What have you done in the past, or is this your first time working with plate?

How about ASTM?

YES FIRST TIME I AM WORKING WITH PLATE BUT I GOT MY ANSWER IN ASME SEC-II PART A.
