If the refrigerant is gas at everyday temperatures and pressures, then a strong solution of washing up liquid detergent squirted onto any place where a leak is suspected will result in bubbles being formed.

"...no leak found" - was the complete system bubble checked while under pressure, or was the pressure just monitored?

"...conformed[sic] leak" - how do you know there's a leak? In any case, if there is a leak, it can often be found just by the presence of lubricating oil on the area of the leak.
