Use more buttresses.

Get degree in Civil Engineering.

Ask a Civil Engineer.

Hire a consultant.

Pray for divine intervention.

Run like hell.

I had an infestation of beavers once. They do a great job of damming, but they don't know when to quit.

They dammed the outlet to one of the lakes on my property and caused the dam to erode, almost to the point of failure.

In this case, they'd be perfect.

If you have to ask, then you cannot stop the dam from sliding. I recommend you either remove everybody downstream or hire a civil engineer before a disaster strikes.

Prayer usually works in a case like this.

You have to remember that even angels laugh at fools.

While all prayers are answered, sometimes the answer is no.

If it has already started to slide, then it is most likely too late to fix it. Evacuate the downstream area that will be impinged upon when it fails.

Any dam needs proper anchorage at it's base and terminus locations, preferably in sound non-erodible bedrock.

Blow it up before it gets a chance to slide. Failing that, check the items in post #2.

Fully open your floodgates and lock them permanently in that position.

The sliding will stop soon thereafter.

Reduce the difference in level between the upstream and downstream sides of the dam to zero. Immediately. Before the sliding dam does it on its own.
