If you are using them as intended, for fixturing, then my guess is that they are mounted improperly and/or their mounting holes are worn or damaged, allowing movement.

Place your legs in the "Y" axis position with your knees and ankles forming the "Z" axis and position the "X" axis between your two balls with an arrow pointing to→"X"← Now if that doesn't work, you might try Musk and some Viagra!
