02/06/2013 12:00 AM

1. How Cognitive radios are sending data to fusion centre? using which frequency is signal transmitting?

2. In cognitive radio network either a base station or a secondary user can act as fusion centre. but by which priority that is happening?

Important to mention, that this spectre were targeted in the year 2002 (end of Spring and this pulse (end October, beginning of November).

Main frequencies above the A, so, fall in the B range of frequencies.

Late information from outside observer could precise the angle opening in the Porto region, to be round circa 14 degrees. Such pulse could be perceived in a wide geographical area , but I could not scan it entirely from were this frequencies could be transmitted. But it is verily possible that from the entire telecommunication satellite system.

The title, respond to the rest. It is really not advisable to maintain such...

Important to refer as well, that it were detected a slight modulation in frequency for those partial waves of the pulse, not being completely possible to determine the precise frequency for each.
