Mobile batteries don't have the capacity to charge another battery, unless one of them is plugged into a power source, or:

I get easily lost whilst driving, and dince my phone is my GPS, I need to have a backup plan in case the battery dies.

That's why I've got something like this, which holds enough juice to give me one full charge. Is that what you're talking about?

You cannot easily but the real reason is you shouldn't from a practical point of view due to the alternatives available on the market (see your previous thread on the subject).

Is this for a school project or something?

If you REALLY want to then perform some research into the phone hardware themselves.

Just don't expect to just be able to connect two phones together with a cable, or to use the phone charging connections as these are ONE WAY and not designed for two way power transfer.

Mobile phones could be charged by portable solar panels with long cord in home/office by either exposing to sunlight or interior artificial lighting.
