One possibility would be to visit the nearest consulate of your desired destination country, and ask them about regulations and procedures. Also check with relatives and acquaintances who have moved successfully, and find out what they did.

There are some kinds of visas that may be available for physicians, engineers, or other professions (or students in those fields).
