Need Sensors

02/10/2013 1:59 AM

Dear All,

Hello for all.

Please advise me what are the best sites to find wide range of sensors.

I am searching for best place where I can buy these sensors for car engine:

1- Water temperature

2- Oil pressure

3- Engine RPM

4- Volt sensor (380)

5- Ampere sensor (100-1500 Range)

6- Oil quality sensor

7- Fuel level sensor

8- Fuel consumption sensor

I found these sensors but different locations and sites and I will prefer to find it all at one location.

I will prefer all these sensors to support SPI or I2C. and easy to install.

regards

Try a good automotive performance shop. Or a hard core racing shop..

Vehicle manufacturers would have them all.

This site might help Search GlobalSp.

I doubt anybody is willing to spend much time helping you.

Have you contacted the engine manufacturer? I would. That is unless I was fabricating a new engine design from scratch.

Many of the sensors you are looking for would be calibrated to a set formula that is designed to work with a specific gauge. In these designs, it is usually a volt meter that is grounded through a variable resister that reacts to temperatures, pressures, or some other information.

Others would need additional information supplied by you such as oil quality, and fuel consumption.

Have you tried a search on Global Spec?
