scada data base

hello all

i have a scada system done by SIEMENS PLC step7 300 and my SCADA was programmed by WINCC flexible2005 advanced.

my problem is the following :

i want to build a data base using access or excel to record, display and print variables' values of my system

important for me

The SCADA data is stored in a CSV (comma separated variable) file, which can be imported into Excel by declaring the starting cell & automatic fill either down or across (check settings).

I'm currently spending a fair bit of time working with excel and vba, so maybe in my spare time (lol) I could help you out. chrisg288@hotmail.com

I also have done data projects with control systems before when I worked for Johnson Controls. If the data is csv, then I wouldn't need to know much about the software you are using.
