	sir, digi master dc drive fault this drive field supply 300v. to receive dc supply to excesive.in field voltage rated (input 412v ac)this control v is not prober. to not control speed to take high current in field. one dc .22Mcapacitor& one 100ohms resister burnt replace them. but not control the motor.motor 30kw armature 0to500v few mints run the motor to high current and tripped the motor __________________ jeevarethinnam

	Some other component in the DC drive may have also been damaged. Try replacing the drive as these DC drives are generally not reparable unless you have the schematic drawings and a good understanding of electrical fault diagnosing knowledge. Additionally they run at dangerous voltages which makes fault finding dangerous. __________________ jack of all trades

	sir, can anybody web link in pcb drawing, for digi master dc drive please help me . It is NOT recommended unless you know what you are doing due to the dangerous voltages involved and the potential damage you could do to the large and expensive motor it is connected to. New one drive have lot of amount. anybody pcb service in Web link. Your best bet is to talk with the supplier or local distributor of the drive where you got it from. Other companies may specialise in repairing these DC drives locally but it will depend on what country you are in (which you don't say). __________________ jack of all trades
