I think you will probably have to back away from your computer and go have a look!

Unless the problem is understanding what the words mean. As far as the speed is concerned, the manufacturer will most likely have specifications you can find by searching for the model number on the internet.

Are you asking about one you have or one you want to buy?

Search for a "mixer grinder" manufacturer and ask them.
