how calculate thickness of a vertical FRP Storage tank?

Are you filling this tank with ping pong balls, mercury, or something in between?

Once you figure out what you are putting in the tank, calculate the force which will be exerted on the tank wall.

Or you could call the manufacturer and ask them...they have already done the testing and have the listings.

Simple. Make an enquiry to a FRP storage tank vendor, and look in the quote that comes back.

FRP tanks have a great tendency to implode...with an explosion-like sound (make it difficult to tell b/w implosion & explosion). Making it thick enough will avoid both
